Why Does Freelancer Keep Rejecting My Project?

Freelancer is up to no good lol! Posted a project looking for an email marketer to send my opted-in list; and they rejected it. Changed IP, created new account, worded it totally different (like I was a tard), and still the bastards reject me! What does it take to get your mail sent out these days? I've posted many projects in the past like this, with no issue at all. What a joke!

Is anyone else having issues with Freelancer?
