You are wanting to rent a persons Upwork account, which in itself stinks of a scam. My own thoughts are those types of HAF threads should be deleted. It's not blackhat, it's fraud when you think you are hiring one person to do the job and some clown like you are the person doing the job.
It's like hiring a qualified builder to build your garage and someone else turns up, in the works van who does the work badly. The buyer ends up with crap work delivered, he does a chargeback through Upwork, so the account holder is out of pocket but the scammer has long gone with their profits.
As @macdonjo3 mentions, you've been here 10 days or so. You don't even use your own profile picture....
It's ever so easy to create multiple accounts on here, that no seller is going to take the risk of not getting paid.
