Why not just prevent it from calling home? If all it does is authenticate itself trough their server..if you skip the method
that calls the server its all dandy.
I coded a licensing system that works just like that a couple of months ago for the software house I worked for and that
was the only security breach.. Anyone could disassemble the code and skip the verification code and feed in the data that
was expected instead.
Not saying its easy..but it could probably be done..always unless it needs to call the server to do basic functions..in that
case it would be practically impossible to hack if done right.

All it takes is time, smarts and money.
The time would be 3 day. The money would be $20K. Thats about 40 licences worth. so you'd need about 80 people to invest half the licence fee to get it cracked.
It is not worth the effort guys!!!!
You might as well purchase it. These Russians are some of the smartest coders in the world. You think these virus ridden Xrumer dowloads are there by coincidence? Get real. Show some fucking respect...

If H20 the audio cracking group now defunct...cracked a dongle protected Software Steinberg Cubase at Driver level...must admit it took them 1500 hours..Xrummer surely is crackable..never say never guys..its only that Xrummer is only known in the underground ...not enough people in the real world know about it..
But..I must also give praise where its due to Xrummer's Ruski designers Alex and co for a truely special piece of software...

20k? you don't know the right people. Plenty of great programmers that need money and love the challenge. The last thing I had cracked was a autotalker bot for yah/msn/aim/gtalk that was uncrackable because it called home blah blah blah. It now calls my server as home not the companies. Guess what I paid, $125 lol(just a server payment for him and his buddies to download there warez crap). I would have cost me 1000s to have it programmed and he didn't want to sell his so I had to borrow it. Also affiliate managers need money too or I wouldn't have gotten the exe in the first place.
On another note I'm against cracking programs like xrummer because it's for sale. Programming is hard work and tons of wasted hours.

There's some tools that can't/won't be cracked, xrumer is one of them. That's just the way it is and the way it's going to be! Fess up and buy it if you so desire, it's a good tool.

Anything can be cracked. But not paying for X sorta demonstrates a real lack of appreciation for a unique work of art. I mean I agree that 90% of the crap on my computer is cracked, and the fact that its been over 10 years since I've paid for a real music CD, but Xrumer is a little different. It's a work of art

if the app checks for validation every time, is very easy to crack, you just need to jump that validation...
you just need to know a little of ASM, and know how to find the offset of the conditional JMP..
you need to read more before you make your conclusions richkid....

I`ll never understand why peoples prefer to use nulled versions of scripts / cracked versions of software's ..... I`m not saying there about microsoft craps or about adobe ones which are actually pretty useless since there are free alternatives , i`m speak about piece of toys which can really bring back the price of license plus some extra bucks damn it .... just like an comment i`m part of another forum one small company who have developed some php based scripts which are getting always nulled lol imaginable license is $19.99 ...

xrummer is crackable.
But the people who CAN crack it can't be fucked or keep it to themselves. Heaps of 'cracked' programs have viruses attatched, not just xrummer.

Or maybe those who can crack don't have access to the latest versions, so they won't even bother; who knows.
