Why does Commission Junction (cj.com) have such an appalling website?

Commission Junction's UI and web design is so, so, so, SO bad that it's almost unuseable. Everything is slow, everything is clunky, everything is borderline unintuitive. It's so awful that I'd take 1% less commission (unless 1% translates to big money e.g. large volume sales or high ticket items) just to use something like ShareASale or Amazon where I can easily check reports and find products etc. Sometimes the pages barely even load, they just go to a blank screen for 20 seconds + before it finally manages to appear. Most of the things you need are buried a few pages deep so you have to go through multiple 10 second loads just to perform a simple task.

It's absolutely appalling. They must have enough money to do something about it. Why don't they fix it?

True that... Only google affiliate network was worse than cj, with GAN out of the picture, CJ has the worst interface.. However they have a very good tracking system... you can get away with black hat sales (web hosting usually) with other affiliate programs, but CJ's tracking system is way too good..

They are way too busy with counting all the money affiliates make them.

And the money they're losing when people such as myself would even be willing to earn slightly less just to avoid using their semi-unuseable interface?

LOL do you think they even care?

I highly even doubt they care for small affiliates..as a matter of fact their approval process is strict and they only let in people who have previous traffic history.
