Hello. Anyone who knows why microsoft azure disable subscription for new accounts?

They (Microsoft Azure) recently started doing that. But, as they do that, an email comes stating that they need some docs in order to re-enable the Microsoft Azure account. If you provide those docs (high quality) (but, please don't ask how), then the Microsoft Azure accounts (70%) of them get re-enabled.

i need help about azure vcc can anyone guide me. when i create account microsoft reject it

People were abusing the free balance they gave and they were using it for 1 year free of charge, or they were using it for other illegal things.

Microsoft Azure does not accept prepaid cards and most VCCs are prepaid.
