why does amazon keep rejecting me?

I have an affiliate account with amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.it... no problem, making revenues.
But each time i try to register to amazon.fr or amazon.es i am rejected on the spot - no explanation offered.
Do you have any idea why?
I have a very legitimate blog, I don't use any "sophisticated" methods for promotion.. just articles and deep links.

try using a proxy from FR or ES and see if that works

Possibly and maybe your blog isn't in French or Spanish language and due to that fact, they may find it unsuitable for their network? You can always contact their support line and speak to their affiliate manager or something and try start a conversation, and possibly there may be a lee-way for entering their market. I find speaking to the affiliate manager to be a good starter though, and it increases your chance of getting accepted into their program.
