Why does a new website can get pr 3 in a few days time?

    I know ,I have posted the same thread a few hours ago ,but the thread I posted can't open,I don't know what's happen.

    So,I post a new thread just to ask why a new website(perthairremoval(*)com) can get pr 3 in a few days time,can anyone tell me how can he do it?

    that domain which you've listed above is newly registered domain and the owner was having one domain named wwwDOTgustavobonatoDOTcom from which he gave 301 redirection, so all the backlinks are coming from that OLD domain only which passes the PR juice and hence, he got this PR 3 quickly.

    Maybe it's not really a few days old. Maybe it was a drop, reset to N/A then 0, then got back it old PR. Check backlinks.
    The other possibility is 301 redirect from PR3 domain.

    There is one and only one possibiltiy to this question:

    THE DOMAIN GOT BACK ITS OLD PAGERANK FROM LAST PAGERANK UPDATE.

    And yes it could be fake pagerank, just answering the question though.

    just check in ahrefs.com it has plenty 301 redirects

    I have no paid ahrefs account ,so I can't see all of the backlinks ,but I agree with your option,ths.

    People be weary the type of domain you buy these days. 75%+ are fake.
