Why do you guys want to switch communication outside BMW?

It's mainly for easier communication like following up, keeping track of leads, and eventually converting them to my other services too.
 
If it's a one-time / quick project, I prefer using BHW. But for tasks that require daily updates, I prefer TG
 
PM can be used for Initial Conversation or for the conformation that you are connected to right person .

For daily updates or quick conversation TG / Whatsapp is good .
