When I was in college , I had a blog related to exam I was preparing for. I warned good money with it with adsense. Lot has changed since then. The role of such blogs has transferred to YouTube channels or reels.

Well, people do blogging as an extra source of income.
 
Blogging ( ai blogging), pure passive source of earning. Makes me live a lazy life and do everything I want without worrying money.

You are right, there is so much charm in blogging but ever since the AI took over and Google has so many updates, it's very hard to rank and you need to have feasible investment.
