Why do these proxy selling sites sell monthly plan?

Yeah. We wouldn't have an issue with a yearly plan either. It seems strange that some providers would give you a hard time about that.

they give you a hard time, because their payment system is set up for recurring monthly payments, so they need to deal with you individually, which might not worth their time, especially if you buy only a smaller package, if it worth for them, i don't see anything why they wouldn't provide you a yearly plan
