If you are involved in link building, then GSA Ser can automate many of the tasks for you. It certainly requires a lot of knowledge and strategy, but like other link building tools, it is very useful if you know how to use it. In my opinion, GSA Ser is one of the best tools in the market for building links for tier 2 and 3.

I used it a few years ago when crappy links were still beneficial, but now SEO is more complicated and I don't use it anymore so it is sitting somewhere on my SSD, I wish we could sell licenses somewhere. But it's still a great tool for those who have a solid strategy I think.

Gsa ser is a great auto link building tool. It's advance but due to its smart friendly UI and their official forum got covered up setting up and run a campaign is smooth.its one time fee however you still need some basics like many other seo tool or manual link building needs like proxies, verified link lists etc
