Why do some IG accounts keep getting flagged for no reason?

So I’ve been messing around with IG for the past couple weeks, trying to grow a few niche pages. I bought some aged accounts to save time, logged in, posted a few things, followed like 10 – 15 people max.
But some of the accounts just die for no reason. One got disabled right after I logged in. Another one stopped getting reach completely after one post. Meanwhile I see people doing way more aggressive stuff and their accounts are fine.
I’m not botting or spamming. Just testing ideas. Could it be the IP? Or maybe the login method? No clue at this point.

I think the login environment plays a bigger role than most people assume. Even if the proxies are clean, logging into multiple accounts from the same setup could still trigger flags. I’ve used tools like Multilogin, GoLogin, and also tried Hidemyacc lately. They all let you separate sessions and tweak things like timezone, WebRTC, fonts. I’m not saying that’s the magic fix but once I stopped using the same browser and IP combo across accounts, I noticed fewer instant locks. Maybe the platform just links stuff faster now, or maybe they’re stricter with reused fingerprints. Either way, switching tools helped a bit on my end.
 
You're getting wrecked because bought accounts are usually already flagged - either bot-grown, stolen, or used for spam before you got them. When you log in from the same device or IP, IG connects the dots and kills them. Even basic stuff like following 10 people right after login looks suspicious without proper warmup.

The guys you see going hard without issues? They're either using whitelisted agency accounts or grew theirs properly from scratch with clean devices.

If you want to make this work, you've got two real options: First, go completely clean with one phone and one SIM per account, warming up slowly for at least a week. Or second, skip the headache and use proper agency accounts that don't get flagged as easily.

Either way, what you're doing now will keep getting accounts nuked. The system's brutal but predictable - adapt or keep burning through accounts.
 
There are multiple factors at play. You have to check the age of accounts as well. For example, accounts that are brand new, they are extremely prone to suspension since Instagram monitors new accounts very thoroughly. Another factor to consider is the IP address of the account from where it was created, compared to where its being used. If an account was created in India, and now you are using it in the States, the at first, the reach will be slightly lower, but then it will gradually pick up when you start posting more.

You can try changing your electronic device or using a proxy to keep your account working properly.
Have you tried changing methods?
 
Its not possible that Instagram is banning you account for no reason. You need to use safety paramaters even to open the instagam account
 

Suspicious Login Behavior Logging in from a new IP, device, or country without prior warm-up. Aged accounts that have been inactive for months/years can be unstable.. Your Instagram accounts are likely getting disabled or losing reach due to:
  1. Aged accounts’ history: Bought accounts may have prior violations. Check account status before buying, change login details, and appeal bans via Instagram’s Help Center.
  2. IP issues: Shared IPs (VPNs, public Wi-Fi) can trigger flags. Use dedicated residential IPs or mobile data, one per account.
  3. Login method: New device logins look suspicious. Log in via mobile app, warm up accounts with light activity (likes, comments) before posting.
  4. Shadowbans: Abrupt activity or spammy hashtags reduce reach. Use niche hashtags (10k–100k posts) and post gradually.

Fix: Log in with mobile data, warm up accounts slowly, use unique IPs, and verify account history before buying.
 
It might be the IP. Instagram gets suspicious when you log in from a new or unexpected location too quickly.
 
Instagram flags accounts when it sees risk. Aged accounts may carry past strikes. Shared or flagged IPs can trigger blocks. Sudden logins and big changes look suspicious. Use a clean IP and slow your actions.
 
That’s a IG trust score issue. Aged accounts can still get flagged if you log in from a totally new IP/device fingerprint. Best move is to match the seller’s login method at first, then switch to a clean, stable IP (mobile proxies work best).
 
Right now Instagram is totally random they also ban real accounts without any bot activity probably their AI is messing much up right now

A couple things to keep in mind:


  • IP matters a lot. If you’re logging into multiple accounts from the same fresh IP (especially a datacenter proxy or a flagged VPN), IG might auto-trigger security checks. Residential or mobile proxies are safer.
  • Warm-up period is key. Even if the accounts are 'aged', IG sees the sudden activity spike (new device + new IP + posting + following) as suspicious. First few days should be just profile edits, viewing, liking a few posts — no follows or posts yet.
  • Seller quality is all over the place. Some “aged” accounts are actually churned spam accounts with fake followers or bad history. They’re basically on life support before you even log in.
  • Posting style matters. Even one post with certain hashtags, captions, or links can trigger shadowbans/reach cuts if IG’s algo thinks it’s spammy or recycled content.

If you want them to last:


  1. Use a clean residential or 4G proxy per account.
  2. Warm them up for at least 5–7 days before going active.
  3. Drip-feed actions instead of doing everything in the first session.
  4. Avoid copy-pasting content that already exists on dozens of other pages.
