This year I bought a Samsung Galaxy s23 Fe and I see that the Samsung Galaxy s24 has the same design as the s23, Samsung used to change its design and now I see that it is the same year after year, this is something that the iPhone has always done, but the question is why do they do it, why don't they change the design?

Had a couple of flip phones from Samsung a long time ago, my god they were beautiful

I was thinking of buying a folding one but really until now they don't give me much confidence since they say that the fold of the screen is noticeable in the middle

Samsung, often stick to a consistent design for consecutive models to build brand recognition and identity. This strategy fosters a sense of continuity and familiarity among consumers.

If it ain’t broke….
I do not understand what you say

Because, in the simplest terms, they don't have to change the design for people to buy it. There's a large subset of people who will buy the newest installment of mobile devices solely because it's the newest device on the market.

They adjust their prices to reflect a large pool or variable of buyers and still make record profits every single year.

In other words, they literally don't have to.
