I have noticed Reddit Marketing prices have gone up quite a bit lately. For those who hired an agency or freelancer do you think the pricing is justified? What you are actually paying for strategy, content account, management or something else?
Can you share your experience

Thanks

Because reddit is very aggressive at banning and moderating plus a lot of competition

Good point do you think the higher pricing is mostly because of the increased risk of bans, or because agencies are spending more time managing campaigns now?

Depending on what you want to do on reedit, you could build a n8n flow with open router mixing automatic search for discussions of the theme you are aiming for, with an ai to write responses (where you log personally in your account to post the response, or let ai deal with that), and maybe spend 5 bucks each month for that

Reddit is one social media that can get you banned fast due to automation and subreddit rules. Therefore people who provide services for it are fewer and have higher prices.

Reddit is extremely hard to work with, so everything has a price.

Account management is hardest part with reddit so we can safely say people are paying because of account management part.

Reddit is a very challenging platform to market on, so I think charging a higher fee for Reddit marketing services is perfectly reasonable.

i would say this is because pricing describes effort, experience and complexity involved in marketing.

I think a good reddit marketing campaign includes research & finding the right subreddits, writing content that fits each community, using quality aged accounts and managing everything carefully. Nowadays reddit has become much stricter, so getting results without triggering reddit filters takes time and experience, that's why good agencies usually charge more.

Reddit agencies charge more because successful Reddit marketing requires deep community knowledge, careful account management, and high-quality, non-promotional content that avoids bans.
