WHY do people say making thousands online is easy?!?!

The easy does not come with lazy thinking. Trying to grab the ideas around this corner and make the busy system to make you lazy :)

This post actually makes a lot of sense and someone earlier in this thread said it well, that I would never know everything. I agree and I agree with this post and I probably do need to stop making excuses and get out there and start just applying myself and force myself to figure out the hurdles once I get to them.

When you get to those hurdles, THEN you come on this fantastic forum and ask specific questions that you need help with.

Lo and Behold, someone with ton of experience (who you couldn't afford 5 minutes of their time if you paid them) will come om here and help you solve the specific problem out of the kindness of their heart.

I have no idea what Jazzc charges by the hour, but he has given hour after hour of detailed advice to members here in the time I have been here. So have many others on this forum. i know for a fact I have wasted an hour of Meatheads time just this past year, asking stupid questions about my crappy sites value and buying and selling. Do you know he has never failed to answer me?

This forum is full of the real people who are really doing it everyday, and they are letting the rest of us pick their brain for nothing.

You literally can't buy that kind of support from as many professionals as this forum contains. And you couldn't afford it if you could buy it.

They just need a specific question to answer, instead of "How do I make money?"

The sad part is that it really takes very little to start. You need a domain name and hosting. People offer free hosting here in giveaways. Wordpress is free, if not exactly simple to use for making a website.

Heck, if you buy my $5 a month hosting I will build you a wordpress shell for free. So you have a ready for content website right there.

Many people who offer hosting will do that, because odds are that you will never switch hosting.

I can toss a basic 5 page cloned wp installation site on your domain name in a few minutes, it costs me nothing. I'll even put it on your host for $25.

Do that and you have a website tonight. Now what is holding you up?

Don't know what niche to go into?
It doesn't matter. PICK SOMETHING. Odds are your first site is going to be all fucked up anyway, if your first keyword sucks, its par for the course.

Still stuck? Finish these questions for your niches:

How do i:
What do I need to:

fix
repair
build
store
maintain
learn about
get rid of
deal with
cure

and pick a subject.

The biggest reason people have so much trouble making money online, is that they try and do it all on their own. I bet 99% of the people on this site fly solo. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. If people worked together more, formed small groups and such, everyone would be a lot more successful.

Look at some of the higher earners on the site. They all have a close partner or group of partners they work with.

Also in terms of competition, why is everyone so scared of competition? Competition let's you know you have a good idea. If a method has no competition, then there is likely no market for it. I will clue you in on a little secret, EVERY SINGLE innovative or new idea in the world has been thought up by 2 people at the exact same moment. I have filed patents on some really innovative processes and products only to find someone else had been granted a similar patent just days or hours beforehand.

You will not come up with an original idea, you will not find a 0 competition niche that makes money. You simply have to out-work and out innovate your opponent.

You need some sense for that, passion, and love.

I made first money on web, my first 300$ from my town news portal, some caffe bar bought advert on my site.
When I took that money, I bought some web tools, bought decent hosting and started my little empire. :)

Now I'm 20, I have decent cash from web, working 2 hours/day.

You have to sacrifice.

Don't go out with friends and buy hosting, use your head, you are not smarter than me.

Fuck, I live in small town destroyed by war few years ago in Bosnia. You are privileged. Use it.

I feel you bro, I'm not that far away from you :)
An Albanian brother here :)

It's easy just for some people, who are motivated to reach their success, if you keep being lazy and do shitty stuff on the Internet, you won't make a lot of money. But the most important factor is smart work. And lots of millionaires have launched their own products on clickbank, jvzoo, etc and now doing easy works while making stabile income :)

Seriously, I was just saying. I have people who spam me saying" oh it's so easy" but theres 1000s of 1000s of blogs, so what's the point?

Because it actually is! Just put more effort in it!
Most of these people likely have online as their job, so they have more time to put effort in. I have only 2 or 3 hours a day

It depends, like it's too fucking easy for an elephant to carry 1000Kg, You get there then it's easy, can not get there, then it's difficult as impossible mission. You need those muscles and you can only earn it by practicing.

good, im glad is hard for all the newbies, 90% will drop out on the first month and that is less future competitors. Also it gets harder every year, good thing too!

It's easier to say then it is to actually do.It's for some and others it is not.

"Easy" is a very relative word. And it can be misleading a lot of times.

I personally like what that 1 marketer said about it being "easy in retrospect". Like after you succeed, and look back, it SEEMS like what you did was easy.
But I think in most cases, if you really take yourself back in time, and look at how much you had to fail, you realize it wasn't easy at all. It might be easy NOW, but it usually isn't easy when you start.

Like I failed for 2-3 months straight at Clickbank. Then I started to succeed and it BECAME "easy" for me. And when I looked back over those 3 months, I saw all
90 days in the snapshot of a few seconds. So humans are very prone to error. Because if I think about it quickly... yeh, it seemed real easy. But if I really put myself back in that time, when I was completely lost, when I had no idea what I was doing, when I thought I'd have to conquer the world just to make $1, when I kept working week after week after week with 0 results.... the reality is, that was anything but "easy". I'm sure some marketers get lucky. But I still think for most of us, it was never easy to get started. It might be easy now. But nothing is easy when you're a newbie. Unless you're a genius.

Some people are smarter than others.

I know a person who made her first million when she was 19 in eastern Europe. Her father used to say,

"Money is everywhere on the street. Only smart people can find it."

Stop thinking so hard. If you do enough reading on here you can have a thousand bucks or so by next week if you work hard enough for 7 days and execute a good plan.

It's hard at first then easy if you 'hit' something that requires little work and pays off huge amounts. I almost gave up before I stumbled upon something and now I make a decent amount. I am 19 and make more in 5 hours then what most of my peers do after 40 hours of working. It's possible to make it seem 'easy' if you enjoy it and get paid well, at the end of the day

because is easy. the people that can't do it, is because they are all buffed on the idea of living a rich life, and the truth is, yes is possible some of us we have done it, we currently do, and we will continue to do. You have to give credit that the people like us that do make it, we happen to work 16+ hours a day for the first few years. Hard like a farmer.

Enough said.

Hard like a farmer?? haha... I wouldn't go that far...

Listen, go and look on the ***kers (warriors forum) all the scams have these themes in common.

Easy - got to be easy or you average knuckle head won't understand it.

No effrort - Average Homer Simpson wants to make $25k+ month and still spend all day watching t.v.

Guaranteed - No-one likes to take risk unless it is 100% guaranteed. They love the idea of handing over $XXX to be promised $XXXXXX,XX back...LOL idiots.

So every scam has to be something like this

"easily make $20k+ month, no effort - guaranteed" (fill in the blanks add more, etc.) I am sure there is wso on this.

Ticks all the boxes. AND when you sole objective is to rip off gullible. lazy, ignorant newbies that's what sells.

Try it B.2.B. and you'll be laughed off the office.

Always ask, if it's so easy and so guaranteed why not simply scale up them-selves? NEVER one good reply to that because they are ripping people off selling it not running it.

100% agree. it's the one thing that has held me back from concentrating 100% on the net for a business. it's too unstable. Everything seems to be in other business hands. Like selling on Amazon or using paypal etc....how can they sleep at night?

Hit and run..try and amke as much money as you can in say 2-3 years and get out!

Most who made big money on the net either

1) ripped newbies off on huge scale with b8S course, coaching etc...some oft hose made many millions late 90's to 2009. Still are but i suspect not as easy

2) built businesses and then sold them at the right time.

I disagree with all those who say it is easy. The internet is incredibly fickle, I doubt anyone here has had a stable income for more than a couple of years at a time; it's constantly changing, having to adapt all the time.
