Why do people rent bills for ads

He wants to rent my facebook account ... the question is what not to do with facebook itself.

Because opening multiple FB Ads accounts yourself is a pain in the ass. Have a look in the marketplace, those accounts are being sold for min. $500+ each.

He is basically asking why people rent their ads accounts instead of creating their own.
