Why do I keep getting spam error messages when I try to post?

Please hear me out. I'm not here to challenge any of the established rules or moderators. I started posting last week and was happy with sharing my thoughts about some threads on the newbie section and wasn't even trying to reach my 15 posts yet. I got warned for spamming. I thought I was offering well thought-out opinions. I log in again today and got a notification that I'm spamming tutorials when I didn't even login on Friday. Now, I don't even know where to post, or what to post without fearing a warning.

Again, I'm not here to challenge any status quo, I'm really trying to improve.

I took over 20 mins to write a nice comment about a thread and a moderator marked it as a ChatGPT answer LOL so your "System" doesnt detect anything automatically. its your moderators who like to work for those, who already spam and do shitty non porductive comments and spreading non productive answers, mostly that doesnt even cover two sentences.
