Why do I keep getting restricted?

So i've gotten banned on eBay once with my real information for NO reason.. I was selling 100% AUTHENTIC sneakers and for some reason they claimed it was counterfeit? I tried to prove to them they were authentic but they said my selling limits were restricted indefinitely. So I gave up with that and started creating stealth accounts, I got one to succeed up to around 20 feedback then got caught by a silly mistake by purchasing something and putting in my real information(I forgot) so I got linked that way..
Now, I create stealth accounts with fake information and random addresses near me but I keepg etting the MC999 restriction after a hour or so... They give me 48 hours to call them to verify myself and when I call them, they ask me to submit my photo id to prove im a real person and I live in that household.. How do I get a successful stealth account going guys? I need help!!
I know the simple things that I need to do like changing ip(easy), clearing cookies(Easy).
What else should I do? Thanks guys.. any advice would be appreciative from someone knowledgeable on this topic.

I would try to clear my name from that first infraction to begin with. If you were sellign 100% legit stuff then you are legit, period. It may take you time, but eventually you'll be cleared.

To successfully run a stealth account, you need a new persona. New name, address, phone, email, everything. There are 200 footprints that can give you away and you lose it all. Ebay is no longer a single site, they own Paypal and they have an efficient identification system.

I already marked down the new name, adress, email, etc... however, I ran a successful stealth account for a good 3 months with the same bank account on a new paypal email.. what are my options on getting a new bank account?

I had that account banned for a good year now.. been trying every couple of months when I felt like talking to them but they just keep telling me im banned indefinitely and to not make new accounts. I use to buy alot of sneakers for retail on release dates and sell like 10 pairs at a time on my account.. then I got banned for it lol

You need to change everything, you need a new bank account. Your options for that depend on what's in your area, but you should visit a branch and open an account. When making the account you have to be careful as they check more and more. Deleting cookies normally isn't enough, as they can hide information in things like your flash cache. Make a new user account on your computer and use that along with the new IP.

It also sounds like you're immediately listing items, judging by the mc999 and 48 hour thing. The longest lasting stealth accounts I've made have always been aged before use. I usually age around 6 months for the best results but you at least have to give it a couple days. Browse around, make yourself look like a real person to the eBay computer. eBay computers check everything, so you got to look legit.

I even go as far as slowing down my listings initially, clicking help, browsing there a bit, going back. So it all looks like I'm a new user as I get the feeling they also check timestamps. If you've just signed up to eBay and you're blasting through the listing page like a pro... that pretty much almost guarantees you're on a stealth account.

If you really didn't break any rules, and they arbitrarily did this to you, I would get on the phone with a lawyer and you may end up famous. Create a website "bannedfornoreason" and promote it like shit and make tons of $$$ from this eBay situation. Now, if *there was* a reason for them banning you for life....then you better not poke their billion dollar lawyers.

Can I make another bank account if I already have a checkings account with chase? sorry im kinda new to the bank stuff..

I think I broke a rule when I used the same pictures to list all my same items..(I actually had the quantity of items in stock to ship out though). I was just too lazy to take new sets of pictures and all angles for all shoes that I had.. Im sure my items were legit though.. all from nikestore, finishline, champs, etc directly

Another question, should my new alias be matching on paypal and ebay? Or does it not matter?

It sounds like you are using invalid or blacklisted information.

Ebay also can link you from same account activity from what your buying and selling.

You may also be selling to much to fast on a new account. You want to sell very little at first and let your sells rest after every sell.

If you haven't bought the eBay stealth book from Aspkin I recommend you do so because it's great for newbies.

Yes, you can open another account with Chase, or at another bank. Savings accounts usually have lower monthly fees so you may want to go in that direction.

Yep, ebay can track you if you use the same pictures. You need to remove the metadata from pictures (usually things like the camera model, focal length and various other information is stored in image files) and take all new pictures with completely different backgrounds if you're going to sell the exact same items across multiple accounts.

If you're asking whether or not the information on your paypal account should match your ebay account then the answer is yes.

Definitely stay away from those on new accounts. Wait a while before listing any items at all on brand new stealths. Do "new user" things such as searching for items, bidding on items, and browsing around for a few weeks. Then list a low risk item (your first item is manually reviewed by a human on ebay, so if it's high risk you'll get an instant suspension). From there, build up feedback and slowly sell low risk items. Eventually you'll be able to sell your main items again.

Yes selling high risk items right as you make the account is a death sentence on any stealth account.

You want to sell household items, flea market items, and garage sale items for the first month on eBay.

Also be sure to spread your sells far apart.

Since my first item is manually reviewed by a human on ebay, does it HAVE to sell for my second item to not be viewed? Im really not interested in making like.. 5$ profit off of an item haha

#1- Clear up the initial case.
As far as a bank account my experience has been that banks don't care how many accounts you open as long as you have the $$$ to put in the account. Use different banks. Set up a business account.
Use variations of your name such as: instead of "John R Smith", use "J Ruben Smith".
Use different computers @ different locations. library, clubhouse, friend who is not on eBay, etc.

No, it just needs to pass the verification - basically if your item appears in search results, then it passed. If you receive a MC999, well then you of course failed it. Your second item won't be manually reviewed per se, but your account at that point will still be very new and is closely watched so you wouldn't be able to suddenly list high risk items just because you passed the first item verification.

Also, you will still have to deal with little/no profits for a while though, while you build up feedback.

You can buy items, you just need to have access to the address on your stealth account. You can rent a mailbox (PO Box, UPS Store box, etc) and add that as your shipping address after account creation. You'll also need a visa/mastercard gift card, or something similar which will allow you to purchase items without your real information attached. Or you can just buy a few digital items (not too much or else ebay will catch on, and stay away from ebooks).

Ok, so let me get this straight.. age my account for atleast a week before posting anything at all, then post some household items for the first month and after the first month I can list sneakers?
I fully setup my new paypal/ebay with brand new everything.. hoping this stealth account is a success
