Why do I have problems with registering azure accounts?

Has anyone had problems with registering azure accounts recently?
I was looking for people who had azure accounts already made, and they offer or quite expensive and even them run out of those accs.
Contacted vcc providers, they are also saying not working for azure
Tried to register by myself, and year ago I could register tens on one banking profile, now I cannot…

Guys, what is going on?
Maybe someone has a solution for this?

I think that would help much more if you can explain in detail what kind of error you have and on which stage.
Please leaborate more.
