There is a limit on followers? Unfollow the people who dont follow you back and try again.

You must be super new to twitter.
Twitter rule is that you can only follow 2001 people till u reach 2000
After 2000 u can follow 10% of the number of followers u got
Let say you got 2000 followers, that means u can follow 2200
= following 2200 followers = 2000
= following 3300 followers = 3000

go google it. Works like WONDERS.
After that follow again
the 10% only works after you have 2000 followers.

Just to clarify for bleach and other twitter noobs, the 10% rule does not start at 2001, if you are close to that in followers, it starts the 10% a little earlier.
For example at 1900 followers, you can actually follow 2090, 1850 = 2035, the 2001 would actually start at 1819-1920. 1819+10% = 2000.9.
