Hello mates,
Here are some very genius masters, I want ask a silly question [ Its for me only, Genius know why],
The internet monster websites Facebook and Google run their ads,
Why do they need of advertise their self? We can see many FB and Google product ads everywhere, I am confuse.
We do post ads because we new and million of users don't know about us, But the blue whale of Internet sea also doing same.
Can anyone explain?

Their agenda is not being an affiliate with anyone, they are giant and willing to share it with advertisers for money, simple biz model

to keep yourself known ads put an impression say you are caught up in work all day dint get time for fb then you go to some site and see fb ad n you remember hey I did not check my fb today...
same for google e.g sometimes some tools install another search enginer in you computer

It's also for branding purposes. It helps them stand out against competitors. The more "mind-share" they have the better!

Its like Coca cola.. Branding purpose.
Coca cola is the most known two WORDS in the world!

Apart from that, where do you live OP? In my country these two giants do not advertise anymore!

Both Facebook and Google are huge and have been in business for long enough to know the value of users, so they are investing in their future. They know how to make money from eyeballs and they know exactly how much they can expect to make from people, so if they get a chance to recruit a new user or to remind an existing one with a positive ROI, it doesn't make sense to them not to do it. As any big business, advertising and branding is a must.

Google and Facebook give their ads to get every single person on their site from the World.
