i have links in my tweets. within minutes of posting a tweet, i get like 20 click-thrus, according to sharecash and goo.gl. nothing happened other than those stats.

why? what do those bots have to gain by clicking my links?

Those are Twitter crawlers, nothing to worry about. Just ignore that traffic, normally it happens once with every new domain. Sometimes it happens very soon after the link was posted or in a few days, a week at most in my experience. It can be more than 20 UVs though, usually i get around 70-100 unique clicks per domain from these bots.

how do you realize them on analytics?

The first ones are Twitter bots. The other ones are miners looking for fresh content.
