Maybe it was a automatic removal due to the name "afro slayings"

There is only one account with the name afroslaying [it has less than 100 followers] + we basically started the hashtag #afroslayings

I never heard that explression before. If you're gonna use something that may be controversial, it better be well known or it'll sound like something nasty.

have not even received my payment on shoutcart and they are neither responding to my emails and not letting me sell further. What should I do?

How much do they owe you? And when did you put in a withdrawal request? Payments should be going out today sometime, perhaps very early tomorrow morning.
Once they've rejected you though, good luck getting them to respond to your emails. They tend to not be very responsive.
