they can say whether your landing page is bad or not based on code of your website
if code on your domain looks similar to bad websites or a real website (stolen code), they will flag your domain
as soon as you remove the code that is flagged as suspicious or looks stolen, they will remove the flag
you need to replace the bad code with something fresh they haven't flagged yet

Yes Bro First Remove Landing Page and then send for reconsideration request
once it is fixed, then again add locker and bank
