Why Connexity.com CPC going down lots after BC and PG merged?

I had account for become.com and Pricegrabber.com and very good CPC ( around 0.2-0.4$) in the past, but after BC and PG merged the CPC getting worse ( 0.05-0.1$) . How's your account going for CPC?

By the way, we used same traffic. Not sure what's going wrong!

Can't believe it .There are no any people working for this company. To be honest, Connexity.com is one of best CPC company now days.
