Why Cloaked Website Rank Higher?

I have been doing some reading regarding cloaking on some thread over here. People are saying about what is cloaking and how to do it? But I am wondering that why actually cloaking website rank higher. I also seen some websites that ranking very well using cloaking technique.

If you show different content to search engine crawler then that means Google rank the website? What is the actual logic behind it?

I have been waiting since last 2 days to get some answer, but nobody is replying. So what you people think I am dump. I am new to blackhat SEO, that does not mean I am new in SEO. Whether whitehat or blackhat there should be a logic. I have reading many blogs, forums article on cloaking, everybody is saying about IP based, user agent based cloaking and blah bhah, but nobody is clearing the why Google actually rank a cloak website?

Ok so cloaking I understand, it is to show different content to search engine crawler and different to human user, ok fine so you show a different content to Google crawler, but why why Google will rank that content? What is the specialty of the page that you show to Google crawler, but not to human....

Anyone please please clarify my confusion. I will really get crazy..

Cause you can create exactly what Google likes with less money. You can generate thousands of pages kw optimized content, perfect onpage seo, silo structure, related images and videos with a few clicks. You have 0 affiliate links, 0 ads and other things which Google doesn`t like. In that time when you create your 10-20 pages website the ones who cloak with good tools have already set up 50-100 domains with tens or even hundreds of thousands of content (forget WP cause it`s too slow for that, pure .html). Yes there are tools for that. You get the picture now. PS. If you add those scripts which generates 10-20k (that`s right) backlinks per minute (Linux based) per machine you can imagine the power of those tools.

Ok Let me clear it. Lets forget about blog, affiliate staff etc. Let talk about a service based website with 10-15 pages and having 4-5 keywords to optimize. Let say I need to rank this website with cloaking. Accordingly to cloaking method, I have to create different pages for Google crawler and different pages for Human User. Now my question is:

1. If I create a completely garbage with lots of keyword spam page for Google cralwer and one descent page for human visitor, so why Google crawler will give preferrence to that garbage page, why Google will pull that page for ranking?

2. Next ok you have created cloaking page, but when we see the Google cache version of that page, then Google will show that garbage page, (please clear me if I am wrong here) not the actual page, so Google will easily penalize the website.

Please stay with me and make me clear my misunderstanding on cloaking.

Cloaking won`t rank your site. Cloaking only separates visitors from bots. There are other metrics (like backlinks, domain and so on) what Google values to rank sites. As i said before those cloaked sites use autogenerated content made just for Google and other search engines. Backlinks will rank your site. About the cache - you can simply disable it so no search engine will cache it (but you`re still found on search results). But there are other ways to see the content if you really want to see it. It`s really simple - sometimes it`s more profitable to rank quickly and for short time than building site for long term. If the site tanks (cause of blackhat seo) you can always create a new one and rank it again. With those methods you don`t need to write/buy unique content to rank for many kws.

Cloaking used to work about a decade ago imo, its hard to rank with spam now.

Because Google is fucking dumb machine.

The cloacking is bit riscky, because one day will leads to guarantee penalty. They rank because hide there affiliate links and reduce the unrelated OBL (and OBL at all) in this way. Yes, this still works, but is churn and burn technology.
