Why Cinstaller didn't count my install?

I registered on Cinstaller and just to be certian about their reliability I set up a virtual machine and performed a sample installation of their installer. To my surprise, nothing was changed on my account, not even "pending" statistics. I checked the account the next day and still no effect.
So my question is what may be the reason they didn't count it? Are there any special requirements to be met to validate an install?

Maybe they have measures in place to stop payments for fake installs such as virtual machines?
