Why Certain NFT Succeed but others don't?

So I have been researching quite a bit about this but didn't find the answer...

I mean, there are super cool and much better NFTs that are being sold for pennies than other shitty ones for thousands of bucks...

Maybe it's the marketing?? The story behind it??

No one gonna buy unknown NFT when there is no buying power.
You obviously don't have any idea of how this NFT bullshit works.
