Ok now Is this My F***in fault if he did not recognize the transaction? Its clearly mentioned on the sales Page how the transaction will appear in the card statement... Bloody scammer bought the product then this is why he is asking for a refund... the ticket is still open what should I reply??? I was thinking of saying "Its the cardholder's duty to safeguard his card details, it is not the fault of the CB Vendor or the Product." and simply denying the refund. What Say???
