Why can't Instagram post?

I have an aged account, and the post was ok yesterday. But after I changed the IP, I can't post it.
When I upload a picture, the upload is successful, "Your photo was posted", but the post list is not.
I changed a few IPs, post still doesn't work. Why? How to solve it?

Would like to see what your talking about. Try changing it back to old ip?

I don't have old ip now.

Actually post have been posted. But then it was removed couple seconds later.

Its possible because of:

1) When u move account to the new IP (proxy) u have rewarm it. Run it for a couple days with story viewer tool or with follow/like tools but very very slowly
2) Simply proxy may be flagged and IG removes your post
