There are a number of different reasons why you might not be able to post.
It might be that the system thinks your posts are spammy, as discussed in the 'Why do I get spam error messages' thread.
It also might be that you’re trying to post in a part of the forum that you don’t have access to. As a Newbie, you won’t have access to the Marketplace and although you can start threads in Hire A Freelancer and Want To Buy, you won’t be able to reply to those threads.
Another reason might be that you've got Adblocker on your browser. If you disable it you should be able to post.
If you’re trying to post anywhere else and the system isn’t allowing you, take a screenshot of what’s happening and log a support ticket, explaining in as much detail as possible so that we can investigate. If you just ask “Why can’t I post?” we won’t have enough to go on.
