Why can't I post in the marketplace?

Hey guys, im relatively new here but have been a member for a while but haven't been very active. Im looking though to make a thread in the market place section but it won't let me for some reason?..

Does anyone know why im not allowed to please?

Did you read all the rules buddy? There are a few thing you should have before you can start the thread in BHW BST. The common ones are you're not 6 months old and don't have enough posts. Read the full rules in the sticky of BHW BST forum. It's there in that particular forum.
