Why can't I make accounts anymore

I couldn't find anything.

But my not-a-recommendation-just-an-idea was more about using it for blackhat account creation rather than for privacy purposes or even for anything actually illegal.

UBotStudio, Scrapebox and other popular blackhat/marketing tools aren't open source either, are they?

Use a mobile phone with 4G to make an account through the app then transfer it over onto a PC. That's how I've been doing it with 95% success rate.

It's also a good idea to use android for this and delete the app every few accounts, use Device ID Changer(rooted), and then redownload the app. It's an extra step that I take, not sure if it matters so much though.

Yes, I think it does generate a new device id but I'm not sure if it's worth going that far. I think a reinstall of the app is enough but since my phone is already rooted I just add that extra step.
 
Even if you bought an account, you will still get flagged. Facebook is tracking something on your device probably.

Unfortunately I can only use my personal cellphone, any other suggestions? Do I need to use better Facebook accs or something, everyone I try to make etc just gets disabled

You ever heard of the new security cheek from FB with video and live video.

It Facebook new security account checker.

What Facebook recently been doing is letting the people create the accounts but randomly asking for a video of your self then wanting to go live to see it you and your photo and account.

Nightmare.

Any chance you can give me a hand ? Doesn't matter what I do on my mobile, upon creation it's disabled.. I just need a few solid ACC's to keep working loo

This is how much I tried. I created a FB account creator bot, basically a Selenium type browser bot. I used 4g proxies, I also implemented a service that uses real fingerprints that come off as 100% unique.....and I still got flagged.....This is some real good canvas fingerprinting my friends!

This is the problem - 100% unique canvas fingerprint. You need to have like real user canvas fingerprint.

P.S Selenium type browser can be detected. Check for example, pixelscan.net if it shows any detected automation. Try this - https://amiunique.org/fp as well.
