why cant i leave comments on blogs?

Hi,

im a newbie so please be patient with me
i have just got scrapebox installed and im trying to leave comments on blogs i have found (manual posting)
so i fill in all the fields hit submit and it just refreshes the page, it doesnt say awaiting moderation or anything like that,

i have tried in the internal browser and also through firefox, ie and chrome,
and this happens for every blog i have tried! blog engine and wordpress

what am i doing wrong?
i am using new ips everytime, diosconnecting my modem and getting a new ip, and have also tried proxies, have cleared cookies and cache etc

this is making me crazy please help!

just use the search button on the forum, you will find lot of answers there. Lot of scrape box tutorials also

Ive tried searching for answers like - cant leave bog comments, comments blocked
but i cant find anything, i have also watched all the tutorials as well
i am doing everything exactly as in the videos , well i think i am
could it be something wrong with the blogs themselves?
