why can't i get traffic from twitter ?

Hey guys , i have an accont on twitter with over 3000 followers , 95% of this followers are interested in my niche , i get daily RT & fav on my tweets, but when i post a link using twitterfeed , (i post title + bit ly link) , i get 5 to & 15 visits... why ? i'm posting on a bad time ? i post at 5 to 7 pm (gmt) ... is there any way to know what is the best time to post on twitter ? or maybe a service that show me when my followers are on twitter ? thanks

most of the follower are not active so you are not getting traffic

Check to alive your twitter followers.

Dont just post / share the link. Write some useful contents exploring about that links.
What you are doing is like just spamming the link. If you add some contents then your followers will defiantly followup the link(s).
