Why Can't I Access BHW While Connected To A VPN?

Each time I have my VPN connected, I won't be able to access the forum?

It's not a big issue but it's a little inconveniencing.

I use VPN each time I want to access Twitter because Twitter was banned by the government not too long ago. So each time I have anything to do on Twitter I need to have a VPN on.

Is it against the forum's TOS? Or is it just the VPN I use?

I use the free plan of windscribe VPN.

Maybe the VPN IP is blocked. It works fine by me.

I think it's because cloudflare protection.

I connected yesterday using one as I was downloading a MediaFire file but I had to click on the pictures to prove I'm human, my VPN was based in Netherlands so maybe its the area you used?

Sounds like you need a VPN with higher quality servers / addresses.

VPN's are not blocked as a general rule however some may trigger one of the layers of protection we use to protect the site. If you are having problems then try using a different one.
