Yes. Crypto is a scam. Those reputable companies (multi-billion company) taking a risk by investing large amount of money / joining into this ponzi, scam, - crypto thing.

I believe they dont take it seriously. As u said, "they just want to make money". Invest and out.

Crypto is here to stay. Period. It might not be Bitcoin that will reign the scene but there is no doubt about that. Look at all the people agreeing with US here, all but a few non-important-people-that-think-are-super-important are the only ones opposing it. Dont listen to them because they have 0 idea what they are talking about. Dont let their color name persuade you, no matter if they are blue, white, red or yellow.

Crypto aint going anywhere so I suggest you guys sit back and enjoy the ride. Unless you want to always bitch about Crypto because you missed out on an opportunity and continue to make a thread every year on BHW about how bitcoin and the crypto scene is a fad/bubble.

People who are talking trash about crypto are simply not brilliant individuals. It's just that simple. Crypto is young, and here to stay. Very good thread you have here.

Security: Bank, money insured by the government. Credit card I can chargeback any fraudulent transaction.
Cashback: Credit card, the bank even pays me to basically take out a short term loan with them.
Volatility: Bank, don't need to worry about my currency suddenly plunging 15% in a few hours.

And what about Anonymity?
Don't forget, there is a HUGE underground/black/illegal market who need cryptos (not bitcoin particularly) for transactions and all that shit and i think, there is nothing wrong because you're completing a need. Every company in the world is doing same thing - completing a need and the money will follow for sure.
