Why Bing doesn't crawl and index my blog?

I submitted my blog using webmaster tools to Google, Yahoo and Bing 3 weeks ago.

Google crawled my blog very well, Yahoo is nearly the same
But Bing hasn't crawled and indexed, just one homepage of my blog was indexed. Why?

site:ebookfan*net in Google => very good
site:ebookfan*net in Yahoo => also nice
site:ebookfan*net in Bing => terrible, just 1 page

Bing is slow mainly because it hasn't got the resources. That's my understanding.

Personally I have less results in Yahoo in comparison to Bing. But they both are squashed by google so it does not really matter overly much
