Why BHW is so Big?

Never knew he's being threatenedI have been a member of BHW since March - 2008 and have watched it grow, and I would like to think in some small way, I have even contributed in part to its growth along with several other "Old Timers - many of whom are still with us today.
Back in 2008, BHW had a different owner. He was an OK guy, however, he was quickly losing interest in the forum. Also, some of his choices for Admins and moderators were not the best. He then sold BHW to our current owner, @Diamond Damien. Damien immediately got rid of the bad elements and opened an ongoing line of communication with the staff. He took more of a business-like, professional approach which resulted in some major improvements, and to this day, he is still very hands-on and continues to make positive changes. Therefore, in my opinion, much of the reason why BHW became big (and continues to grow) can be credited to our fearless leader, @Diamond Damien.

It will take a lot of patience and dedication and this is how this forum also gained its current position.
