The only thing that money & wealth brings you is a level of freedom.

For some people, that's the freedom to be idiots and act irresponsibly...

...for others, it's the freedom to be creative, love without limits, protect those you care about, live life on your own terms and reduce stress and worry.

Money doesn't 'fix' many things in my experience; it just tends to provide the resources to 'amplify' whatever was there in the first place. And if that was negativity - than that will get just get bigger and worse.

17.) You will be the top 1%, and have lived the life of your dreams.

18.) You'll always have a top of the class, perfect genetic mate with excellent DNA quality to produce a high quality offspring, and then provide for
the child indefinitely, and buy him into Harvard.

19.) Heck, you can buy yourself into Harvard to, not because its amazing, but for the honor, prestige, and experience.

20.) You can retire early, and devote your life to helping humanity, writing good books, doing charity, helping the world. <-- The most required one.

These are some things I came up with to motivate some of you. You can always add more, but I encourage never to have greed or be corrupted to much. Never blow your wealth in anyone's face, never disrespect anyone else either. The most important thing which you MUST do when you become wealthy, is to give away to charity, do random acts of kindness for those less fortunate than you, and do things which can help humanity as a whole to evolve or expand the level of their consciousness. Write books or make films to educate people. And do them freely. When you are rich, you will have all the time, and wont have to worry about your payments.

While you are working hard, remember, to take some time off for your family, or friends, and especially, your heart, who is in the shape of your girlfriend.

You just gave BHW 19 reasons why you arent going to become a millionaire, and if you do why you won't remain one. Out of all that text, point 20 is the only legit sh*t you wrote. I was gonna give you props for number 12 as well but if you need money to make your family love you indefinitley then something is awfully wrong.

P.S. While i do agree that a million USD is a large sum of money, it'll last you less than a year with your plans.

I know a millionaire and pretty much none of these are true for him. The thing is, what enabled him to make the money is the skills you're talking about like confidence and ability to network and make high profile friends. Those came first.

Having said that, I very much like the sound of a combination of 8 and 9. If a million dollars is what it takes to get Scarlett Johansen over for a party at my place then I'm going to try very hard for a million dollars.

Lot's of words from someone who obviously doesn't get it.

More money only serves to make you a bigger version of the asshole you already are. I made it to what I thought was "the top" and I was a miserable bastard. I couldn't give the money away fast enough and have worked hard to get myself back to being poor.

Get to the top and you'll understand.

Really? The self-made business millionaires I know, including my father, have no intent on retiring. They already have an automated business or 17 and live a great life. If you're a true entrepreneur, you won't be able to stand the fact that your bank account is no longer inflating. You've got to have something to live for.
