Hello All,

I'd like to ask for some help.

I have a site, ncblogs.info.

The daily traffic is around 100-150, mostly from Twitter.

My main problem is, that nobody clicks on the ads on the site, although a large percentage of this 100-150 visitors are returning ones.

Does anyone have any guess why aren't they clicking?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Regards,
Tibo

Twitter is web 2.0 traffic. Social traffic will not get you clicks. People coming from social networks are normally not looking to buy or pay for something. They're looking for free information, free stuff, and free entertainment (especially if it's an entertainment blog or tech blog). People who use twitter or any other web 2.0 platform also know about affiliate marketing and adsense. They don't like to be sold to, unless they know who are you or trust you.

If you want clicks from traffic, it has to be free search traffic/organic traffic from the search engines. This goes for review sites and adsense sites.

Thank you! i'm disappointed a bit...

Hmm, so true. Twitter users may be good for other things though :)
