Why aren't more CPS offers like supplements and creams mobile optimized?

I'm pretty new to CPA, but I have a lot of experience selling health-related products through mobile display. So I joined a bunch of networks that have sale and trial offers to make some money, but hardly any of such offers work on phones and almost always US only. It seems crazy that advertisers are leaving money on the table like that, or maybe I am looking in the wrong places? I joined five of the most well-known networks, and there were less than five health and beauty sale offers with mobile optimized pages across all of them...

Does anybody have suggestions for a network I could join that has plenty of mobile optimized sale and trial offers for health and beauty related traffic?

I can refer you to some SOLID deals but will need to know a bit more about your traffic and stuff...

Yes that is what I'm saying, sorry if English is not clear enough. I have looked at hundreds of sale offers such as weight loss, insomnia, anti-aging, muscle-building and very few have mobile optimized pages even in international markets where desktops are rarer than phones.

I am looking for a selection of mobile optimized sale offers in health and beauty related verticals to test against each other, but would far prefer to not deal directly with advertisers at this stage (CPA network as middle man). I use 'gamified' landing pages a lot, traffic comes from mainstream display/ppc sources.

I think the trend in the industry (specifically health & beauty) was to focus primarily on US customers who, until recently, have primarily used PCs. With the emergence of EU mobile heavy traffic, vendors are beginning to realize the importance of having a high-converting mobile set up and have been working towards monetizing mobile traffic.
