Why are these websites' rankings rising so quickly?

With a quick overview, i can tell these sites are ranking for very low competitive keywords with High volume. Mostly porn related 0 KD but high volume.
They must be doing this with automation, creating pages with perfect onpage targeting these low-comp keywords.

Those sites are the only proof that it is still working; SPAMing and Google are just lying.
I have a doorway website with junk content for purely testing, and now it's ranking in the top 20, and the volume is around 65000.

Yeah, consider the chaos of algo and search engine section inside, spam would work for a long time. But how does these sites make money? CPA?
