Why are there so many scammers on fiverr?

I have just started selling my services on fiverr,
and I found that every time I release a new project,
I will receive 5-10 messages within 10 minutes.
Some of them ask if the project can still provide services normally,
or they just send a picture saying that they have purchased my project and need to scan the QR code to learn more.

I knew about these low-level scams but ignored them.
I directly complained and reported them and added them to the blacklist.
Last night, another scammer sent me a message, saying that he wanted to purchase my services and sent a picture.
The picture showed a payment page and required the seller's email to be added. Out of curiosity, I gave him my email.
A few minutes later, he said that the payment had been made and asked me to check my email.
Then I found an email from fiverr, reminding me that I had received a new order,
but I did not find any new order on the dashboard of the fiverr website. At this time,
he said that the payment had been made and asked me to accept the order.
I didn't have time to play this game with him, so I added him to the blacklist again.

But I still don't understand how he will finally get the money from me.

These are CPA marketing, very old tactics used in fiverr for many years now by CPA marketers.

I still don't understand what their purpose is, using email to forge a fake order, what's the next step? What will they do? And from what I observed, their account will be blocked within 48 hours.
 
Until then, they have had some success
that the reason keep doing it
they found a loop hole an exploit it
 
It's become a playground for children. Everyone is after easy money now. It also happened with the promotions of these ridiculous phenomena ranting on Instagram like advertisements.

Everyone who knows how to press a computer key thinks they are something :)
 
How do these people keep updating themselves? Is there any scam academy or something like that? They maintain their techniques by constantly updating themselves and to steal a few pesos!

It seems like they definitely have a team. This type of fraud team has a very detailed division of labor, with each person only responsible for a certain link. Suppose the fake email he sent me deceived me and I fell for it, then it is very likely that another person in the team will continue the next fraud link. Of course, they also have technical personnel and teams that specialize in developing new scams. I have seen a lot of similar news, and there are even movies that specifically describe how fraud companies operate.
 
Be sure that wherever there is an opportunity to make money, scammers will be there too
 
For every 100 who refuse, they're bound to get 1 dumbass they'll fool
 
Scammers use fake emails, QR codes, or fake payment claims to lure you off-platform or steal info. Always stick to Fiverr for communication and payments, and report any suspicious activity to Fiverr support

just pay more attentions to not get scammed, nowdays its too common these things....
 
Fiverr was started as a joke website where you would hire people to call you friend with a funny voice.

It then tried to become a knock-off UpWork which naturally attracted scammers.

Many of the people who had been banned from UpWork ended up on Fiverr.

What disturb me more , fiverr request KYC right?
This info can’t be used against the scammers?

I don't think anyone knows the meaning of this word better, and it has never crossed my mind to even steal from others to enrich myself by scamming people
