This is a question we get asked a lot here on Black Hat World, especially from members who think that because they found some perceived loophole in the rules, that they have the sole right to continue that exploit. You see, some members join under the erroneous notion that this is a free-for-all black market where anything and everything goes.
I'm sorry to be the one to burst that bubble, but it's not like this here at all. On the contrary, we have a lot of rules here because our members are used to gaming the system everywhere else on the internet. But this explanation isn't enough for many, so I'll elaborate on it more here.
The rules here on Black Hat World are meant to be specific enough to prevent members from violating commonly known rules and laws, yet vague enough to catch the odd member or two who tries to pull a stunt here.
You might not like these rules because they get in the way of you making money on or off of Black Hat World in the way you want to, but they're not here for you to like, they're here to maintain some level of order.
As much as we try to improve them, the rules of this forum are not meant to be perfect nor are they airtight by any means.
If, after all of this, you still don't get it, then consider this old proverb: it is a foolish bird that soils its own nest.
