Why are there Bad Days in CPA?

Like I notice once a week I have a bad day where my Earnings are at least half of what it should be. Today got a lil over 1k unique clicks and the clicks are broken down % wise pretty equally among the countries I target as they would be on any other day but my earnings are half of the norm.

Happens usually once a week and I check my site everything is functioning and running how it should be. Find it kinda weird to be just conicidence but hey I dont rule it out. Dont know why I asked this question now as it seems like im just rambling on but I typed it out so im submitting it.

I guess that will depend on what your niche is and who you are targeting. And without knowing your niche there is no one that can give you an accurate answer. For example if you are targeting a niche with certain religious groups I would anticipate that there will be some days they dont get on line as much. But in general, there are some days better than others. And it is normal to have consistent variations in the traffic volumes at different times. For example, it is more likely for someone to read tweets in the united states between 3pm to 6pm.

I don't have an answer to your question but I feel exactly the same.. some random days my adsense earnings are absurdly low.. same traffic, same number of clicks, super low CPC.. for no apparent reason!
 
If you offer your visitors different offers they might pick the ones which pay less. Disable low paying offers. I know I had some bad days because the network added 0,05$ offer for worldwide visitors and nobody was doing PIN sumbits. Overall those bad days get evened out on a monthly scale by some good days.
 
I know what you mean OP, some how my EPC was $0.01 yesterday :(

It's usually always over $0.10, but recently I've been getting a day a week where my EPC drops hideously!
 
same happened with me yesterday! got good number of clicks but no conversions!
 
AWM here also and 0 conversions for two days from 0.30 EPC & 10% CR last month
 
Maybe you should turn this question around and ask why some days are higher than others? In any case keep analyzing your data. Sometimes there is a pattern, sometimes it's random but selling systems like this can be bursty.
 
It all depends how you handle your traffic, offers, leads and so on. we all have bad days

yeah it was for me on AWM I had a bad day yesterday too.


thanks to everyone who replied, I am always anayzling my traffic and testing new things to try and keep my traffic as steady as possible.

hows today? i just got italy lead of $6 but no leads on adnooka yet with 12 clicks!!

Yep and it's not just me, you and the other members in this thread who are having bad days with AWM. I was looking through several Journey threads and it seems like everyone's earnings are dropping with AWM. Today has also been another bad day! :sad:
 
It depends on many factors. In certain niches people are more/less likely to buy products/service at certain times of day and certain days of the week. Spend more time analyzing your traffic patterns and look for the missing link.
 
Today is actually a good day for me with AWM. 16 clicks and 4 conversions. I'll most likely get another 4 conversions before tonight.
