Why are some blog posts indexed despite not being submitted to search console?

Why does a towel get dirty if we use it when we're clean?

Because that's how pages should get indexed in an ideal scenario. You hit publish, and before you know it, Google got a ping from your CMS, came, crawled, and indexed, everything in under an hour or less.

So I have no problem when this happens, yeah?

This is pretty straightforward.

They are indexed because the pages that link to them are indexed regularly or have high enough authority.

Whatever the case may be, the blog that they are on gets indexed frequently enough so the new pages don't even need to be submitted to GSC.

As mentioned above, that's the way it should be.
If google likes your site, it will find and index your new posts on its own.

as soon as you publish anything online any search engine has a right to visit your website on it own

people around here would kill someone to get one page indexed

but you my friend you are something special :)
