why are so many people getting banned from black hat world?

why are so many people getting banned from black hat world? a lot are permanent.
They don't give you a warning or ban you for a little while on here???

Just wondering.

Unless it's a serious violation of the rules or a member scams someone, you never get perm. banned initially. BHW issues what's called infractions and once you've received a certain number of these infractions, then you get permanently banned.
 
Many people have been banned for wearing Polo shirts and in my opinion, rightly so. Only lads wear Polo shirts and lads should be perm banned.

For breaking the rules.
 
It's really tough to get banned here, unless you do something really wrong or break the rules.
 
- Often, the permanent bans are for people who just joined and start immediately
selling without going through the proper process.

- People are permanently banned when they are found to be scamming our members.

- If a member has been here for awhile and if he does something that is against our
Terms of Service, he will usually get an infraction. If he gets three infractions, he gets
permanently banned.

There are a number of other reasons as well, but the ones I have mentioned
above are among some of the most common.

how many infractions will it take?
 
One thing I need to clarify: Most infractions do have an expiration date.
You must have 3 ACTIVE infractions for the permanent ban to be applied.
After an infraction has expired, it no longer counts.
 
This forum is pretty chilled ... don't be a scammer and don't be too much of a knob and you have nothing to worry about.
 
OP let me tell you why most of the people get banned

"BECAUSE THEY DONT READ FORUM RULES"

Few get banned because they join this forum for the purpose of spamming and scamming

Because their stupidity blocks the part of the brain that allows them to use logic and be able to read the rules and obey them.
 
breaking the rules is the main reason for the band
