Why are people not producing bots for "fake PPL" ?

I dunno if this is the right section, otherwise please move this.
I just asked myself why people do not make a bot which registers for a website over and over again in order to get PPL deals?
Its quite simple and everyone could do it.
Did anyone tried this before? Or is impossible in some reason?

so basically, you want to be affiliated to some networks, your bot does a lot of fake leads and be banned from your network because your leads were garbage?
You wont be paid and you will be banned

Fake leads and does not convert at all will get you banned, that's the reason.

if you were the advertiser and pay ppl to bring in leads, will you want some fake leads??

A network will never pay you for fake leads. Networks and most affiliate programs scrub leads as well as have paid conversion rations that need to be met. The conversion ratio issue alone kills your ability to spoof leads.

I'm going to speak hypothetically in essence of blackhat.

I'm not going to argue moral or ethics, nor is this something I would personally do.

There are sources online that someone would be able to download thousands of legit credit card information.

It is very possible to create a bot that registers accounts that never convert but then set a random number of accounts that would convert using this information. Making everything look legit, at first.

All one would need is a low-cost membership site and a PPL program that pays every 15 days or so to an anonymous account directly. This way, even if there is a chargeback, you already got payed because CC bills come once a month.

Eventually the account will probably get banned, but then you can just rinse and repeat.

Disclaimer: I obviously don't condone nor am I suggesting anyone do this. I'm opening this up simply with the intent of education in a mature fashion.

I guess its not about other people's CreditCards but your owns. There ARE sites that you can by VCC's from. There ARE even sites where you can buy real plastic anon credit cards. And they will be happy if you buy more than one. So whats left is just to use VPN and clear your cookies and flash cookies and use different names adresses etc...
