Why are my videos not ranking?

I've got the likes,views, tags on video all optimised. I've built good back links to the videos.. I don't understand why my video is not more prominent on the youtube search or on google search?

Any tips or help would be appreciated.

Maybe you need to add more Keywords, Also buy some Views and comments etc.
Spend Money 2 Make money.
Then it should Rank good after some Good keywords and some Views as well

I've bought good views, not an excessive amount (does this help?) the top ranking video has 1000 views and my video has approximately 1500 with more likes etc. I've made sure to stagger the view length of the views I've bought too. Good amount of comments too.

I've optimised the keywords a lot but do you think I should re-assess them then?

What's the competition like? Make sure you have a good title, description and tags for the videos as that's what has the most effect. Also, are your videos high quality? I mean, do real users watch your video until the end?

Depending on the niche you're in, you can always promote your videos on Facebook too.

Although ranking videos on YouTube does not take as long as ranking a standalone website on Google, it still requires patience.

Top Video was added 4 months ago, has approximately 1000 views, 49 likes and no comments.
My video added around 4 days ago, has approximately 1500 views, 100 likes and about 20-30 comments and some good backlinks/shares...

Just got me super curious as to where I'm going wrong. It was on the first page yesterday (last result) and now i can't even find it in the rankings.

i think youtube made some updates recently... its not as easy to rank like before

Yep, youtube made some changes plus the mobile retention views were patched.. luckily I got around 15 videos ranked from the mobile retention and now they are #1 positions especially since they got organic views. Definitely noticed that it's harder to rank now.. some of my videos don't even show up when I search for them (used fake views though) so I think a mix of vagex,enhanceviews,etc will work better than just trying the fake views.
